The proposals for the redevelopment of 344-350 Old Brompton Road will deliver 51 new homes in Earls Court and a new, vibrant flexible use frontage to the west of the site that creates a welcoming point of arrival from West Brompton Station at the entrance to the Earls Court Masterplan.

The external architecture reinforces the character of the neighbouring Conservation Area while establishing a transition in scale between the historic and emerging contexts.

A tall building at the south west corner of the site, articulated with filigree balconies and glazed brick, functions as a marker for West Brompton station and the Masterplan’s southern gateway.

The proposals include a mix of studio, one, two, three and four bedroom homes to meet the range of housing needs within the local community. The plans include a generous landscaped communal garden and balconies, providing the outdoor amenity space for residents to relax and enjoy.

The building has been designed to maximise natural light, with apartments benefitting from dual aspect outlook and open views to the south and west of the site.
