In 2016 Pilbrow & Partners secured consent for the 65 and 35 storey tall buildings that form the centrepiece of their Aspen development designed on behalf of FEC.

The project delivers an ambitious mix of uses – residential, hotel, health centre and primary school around a new public space which reconnects Marsh Wall to the neighbouring Isle of Dogs communities to the south.
