Sam was also Design Partner for our regeneration proposals for 8 Albert Embankment in Lambeth on behalf of U+I, delivering new homes, a new Fire Station, a new Fire Services Museum, a hotel, retail and office space. The scheme got the green light in 2019. Earlier, he led the team on the design of The Aspen. Currently under construction, our proposals establish a new public space as a centrepiece of this 35 and 65 storey mixed-use development.
